Sir,

With reference to your despatch Miscellaneous of the 26th September, 1921, and previous correspondence, I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:-

An Ordinence to facilitate the reciprocal enforcement

of judgments and awards in the Colony of Hongkong and in other parts of His Majesty's dominions and in certain other territories. No. 32 of 1921.

2. The usual report of the Attorney General on

this Ordinance is enclosed.
